What happens to bets that settle on or after August 15, 2024?

Any wagers placed by Betfred players, that settled on or after August 15, 2024 were voided – with the original stake returned to player accounts on August 15, 2024.

What will happen to Fred Bets or ongoing promotions/offers/bonuses?

Any Fred Bets, bonuses or ongoing promotions may be used until the expiry of the offer, or the Betfred closure date (whichever date is sooner). Any remaining Fred Bets or offers will be forfeited and retain no cash value.

How do I update my address or change my personal information?

Contact Player Experience and one of our team members will be happy to verify any changes in address or information. Proof of address must be provided such as a bank statement or utility bill, along with a driver’s license in order to verify changes.

What happens to my funds if I am unable to withdraw before the closure date?

If your account has a cash balance, a check will be mailed to the address registered on your online account within 30 days of ceased operations. Contact Player Experience for any specific questions pertaining to your account.

Is Betfred working with state regulators during this process?

Yes, we are working closely with regulators to ensure this process is handled securely, correctly and done in accordance with all state regulations and guidelines. We strive to meet player and regulatory needs and expectations.

When will I receive my tax forms?
